Since 2000, Patrick Higgins has been involved in Real Estate due diligence including Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments, Lead Based Paint, Asbestos, and Indoor Air Quality Surveys. A certified Florida Health Professional, Patrick is licensed in the State of Florida to design onsite septic system for residential and commercial properties.When he is not working Patrick enjoys golfing, boating, and the Island life with his wife and two children.
